Our vessels are customized to a wide variety of offshore tasks.
Key Responsibilities
You will be coordinating the safe and efficient operation of Maersk Supply Service offshore vessels between charterers, agents, the vessels, government agencies, suppliers and technicians for operations department within the Angolan offshore oil industry. Another important part of this job is to coordinate, plan and report: port clearances, port logistics, local purchasing, international freight operations and documentation. You will be assisting with HSE reporting and crewing logistics. Other very important tasks will be attending where required: ports within Angola, Maersk Supply Service vessels and where necessary make off shore visits. You will assist with and provide support on agreed initiatives taken to develop and improve our overall HSEQ culture - with the objective of achieving an incident-free workplace and you encourage and support appropriate levels of risk management and awareness.
Who we are looking for
You must have at least 3 years experience with the offshore logistics operations. Anyway you should be prepared to receive additional training and education with Maersk Supply Service. You may have experience of working within an international company already. In order for you to succeed in this position you must be self driven, robust and proactive. Your ability to interact with suppliers must be good, with a structured approach, as well as strong communication skills. Planning skills are needed and you master Portuguese and English verbally as well as in writing.
